Skenes Creek

Skenes Creek is often considered a part of Apollo Bay but is definately a town in itself. There are stunning views from the high view points which are accessed by steep roads of Wild Dog Road or Skenes Creek Road. Both these roads will take you up to Tanybryn and onto Beech Forest along Turtons Track. At sea level you will find a protected camping ground backing onto the beach.

While comparatively small Skenes Creek offers bushwalking, diving, horse trail rides, picnic ground, a safe swimming beach, waterfalls and scenic drives.
