Princetown
Princetown is a small town on the Greta OceanRoad focuses around the General store which looks down on to the Gellibrand River and the abundant bird life on the flood plains, Nearby are the stunning limestone cliffs of Point Ronald, intersecting estuary and sand dunes. The beach is unsafe for swimming though makes for great walk or fishing spot. The attrcations are limited, but so are the number of people you will encounter. There is abundant birdlife, Gibson Steps, Glenample Homestead, National Parks, Rivernook Beach and Clifton Beach. Nearby are the Twelve Apostles an the nightly return of the Fairy Penguins. |
